New marketing enhancement

You may think you know when you look in the mirror, or you may be too busy trying to cover up unshapely areas to really see yourself as you are. Do you know how much fat you’re carrying, compared to how much muscle? Do you know where you tend to gain weight–upper body, lower body or around the middle? Until you know the answers to these questions, you are not ready to make your personal plan for losing weight and keeping it off. Understanding your body is the first step to reaching your best personal shape. As someone who teaches both doctors and the public about obesity, I believe weight loss has been overemphasized and body shape underemphasized. You have probably read about the Body-Mass Index (BMI), which is a weight-to-height ratio. If your BMI is greater than 25, you are considered overweight in the U.S., and if it is greater than 30 you are obese. This ratio has been a powerful way for scientists to document the obesity epidemic in this country and its effects on health and disease. However, when it comes to you as an individual, it can be misleading. A football player can be considered overweight on the BMI scale, but if the extra weight being carried is muscle, he is not really fat. A thin woman can have a normal BMI, yet still be over-fat. So shape counts.
Shapes are personal and go beyond the usual apple and pear. Women can have three typical body shapes–upper body fat, lower body fat and both upper and lower body fat. Men usually only get upper body fat. The upper body stores fat in times of stress and some people can lose and gain weight rapidly in the upper body. The lower body fat in women responds to female hormones such as estrogen and progesterone and stores fat for breastfeeding a newborn baby. Women who have both upper and lower body fat will lose their upper body fat first. Women with more upper body fat tend to have more muscle than women with lower body fat and will need more protein in their diet to help control their hunger. Losing weight is harder if you have lower body fat rather than upper body fat, but the medical benefits of losing your upper body fat are greater. Losing weight around your neck, face, chest and waist usually goes along with losing fat on the inside as well. So as you look better, you are also improving your health tremendously.
Finally, there are two more body shapes to consider: The shape you can change and the shape you can’t change. It is important to know the difference and work on the shape you can change, while adjusting your wardrobe and attitudes to the shape you cannot change. Due to low metabolism, many women with lower body fat can’t lose weight just by cutting calories. These lower body-fat cells are resistant to both exercise and diet. Only a personalized program can help make sure you get enough protein to control cravings and build or maintain lean muscle.

Breaking moment (time berbuka) 7:15 - 7.30pm - take normal meal (preferably not too heavy please) + tea mix
8:00 - 10:00pm - Consume tea mix (but not too much) - some people may experience sleeping disorder later, just like me. hehe.. (Note: results may vary according to individual)
10:30pm - (before going off to bed) - take another Herbalife shake.

What spoon should I use to take Formula 1?
Please do not use Metal Spoon to scoop Formula 1 as metal will react with those vitamins and minerals in Formula 1. Other than that those Vitamins and Minerals might die cause of the Metal Spoon. So, please, do not use Metal Spoon to scoop Formula 1. Best to use Plastic Spoon..
Another thing that you all must remember, do not and don't ever ever use HOT WATER. It will kill those vitamins and minerals too..

I would advise you.. only purchase from distributor that you know and is reachable at anytime. I have heard a lot of stories from other consumers, I asked them.. have they consult with their coach, they just told me that she has sms, called also no reply or didn't not pick up the phone. Some even said that their distributor is not in business anymore or some is missing in action. Some is even worst, saying that they are busy! Hello... you are in a business and your customer is looking for you and you replied them you are busy? I think you are out of your mind!
For me, those distributor is really irresponsible towards their customers. At least they should inform when they closing down the business. And pass their customers to real serious people who wanted to run the business, just like me.
No.1 Rule: If you do not care about your customers, other people will.

Do and Don't (For Lose Weight Programme)

* Drink at least 2 liter of water per day (1liter tea mix, 1 liter plain water). The more water you take take, the better it is.
* Take additional shakes when hungry, and avoid snacking unhealthy food.
* Avoid sweet drink or soft drinks.
* Exercise
* Replace 2 meals with shake + 1 normal meal.
Don't
* After drink shake, do not eat normal meal. This will make you gain weight. If you feel like wanna eat, eat little bit, and make sure it is after 2 hours after drinking the shake.
* Don't create your own shake recipes like adding MILO, Nescafe, Oats, Milk Powder..etc etc.. For best results add with plain water.

Comparing to last year only increase 2% is not so much of impact, but this year 7% is a whole of difference. If it is for your personal consumption, can stock up a bit more to save the 7%.

Basal Metabolism
60% - 70% of daily energy use is for basal metabolism. The total amount of energy burned by the body in a typical day is as follows.
Basal metabolism = Energy required to maintain vital functions
Daily activity metabolism = Energy used for daily activities such as commuting to work, work, household chores, hobbies, etc.
Diet-induced thermo genesis = Energy emitted after eating a meal.
The ratio of these is 60%-70% for basal metabolism, 20%-30% for daily activity, and 10% for Diet-induced thermo genesis. This means that basal metabolism accounts for most of our daily energy consumption. If our daily food intake exceed amount of energy required for these activities, the additional energy is stored as fat.
Basal metabolism reduces as we get older Basal metabolism level peaks in late teens and then gradually reduces over the years. This leads to reductions in the body's functions as we get older and in particular, it is one of the main causes for muscle reduction as we get older.
Even when not being used to move parts of the body, muscles burn energy throughout the day to generate heat for the body and is part of the basal metabolism. As the amount of muscle decreases, so does the amount of energy burned. If people continue to eat the same amount of food as when they are younger, then they develop "middle-age spread".
In order to avoid this, it is important to know your basal metabolism and maintain muscles through exercise.

Take Note: Doodling Can Help Memory
FRIDAY, Feb. 27 (HealthDay News) -- You might look like you're not paying attention when you doodle, but science says otherwise.
Researchers in the United Kingdom found that test subjects who doodled while listening to a recorded message had a 29 percent better recall of the message's details than those who didn't doodle. The findings were published in Applied Cognitive Psychology.
"If someone is doing a boring task, like listening to a dull telephone conversation, they may start to daydream," study researcher Professor Jackie Andrade, of the School of Psychology at the University of Plymouth, said in a news release issued by the journal's publisher. "Daydreaming distracts them from the task, resulting in poorer performance. A simple task, like doodling, may be sufficient to stop daydreaming without affecting performance on the main task."
For the experiment, a two-and-a-half minute listing of several people's names and places was played for test subjects, who were charged with writing down only the names of the people said to be attending a party. During the recording, half the participants were asked to simultaneously shade in shapes on a piece of paper without attention to neatness. Participants were not told they were taking part in a memory test.
When the recording ended, all were asked for the eight names of those attending the party as well as eight place names mentioned in the audio. Those asked to doodle wrote down, on average, 7.5 names and places, while those who didn't doodle listed only 5.8.
"In psychology, tests of memory or attention will often use a second task to selectively block a particular mental process," Andrade said. "If that process is important for the main cognitive task, then performance will be impaired. My research shows that beneficial effects of secondary tasks, such as doodling, on concentration may offset the effects of selective blockade."
In everyday life, Andrade said, doodling "may be something we do because it helps to keep us on track with a boring task, rather than being an unnecessary distraction that we should try to resist doing."

Yes, products send to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) have additional charge of 1.5% for the Sales Center Fee.
Herbalife Office in Kota Kinabalu being setup for handling orders in East Malaysia to ensure that the customers are able to receive the products within 2-3 working days, instead previously 3-5 working days.
Not forgetting, RM30 for delivery charges for orders less than retail price RM501. If order is more than RM501, will be entitled for free delivery. However, the 1.5% will still need to pay.

If skies are clear Saturday, go out at sunset and look for the giant moon rising in the east. It will be the biggest and brightest one of 2009, sure to wow even seasoned observers.
Tides will be higher, too. Earth's oceans are pulled by the gravity of the moon and the sun. So when the moon is closer, tides are pulled higher. Scientists call these perigean tides, because they occur when the moon is at or near perigee. (The farthest point on the lunar orbit is called apogee.)
This month's full moon is known as the Wolf Moon from Native American folklore. The full moon's of each month are named. January's is also known as the Old Moon and the Snow Moon.
A full moon rises right around sunset, no matter where you are. That's because of the celestial mechanics that produce a full moon: The moon and the sun are on opposite sides of the Earth, so that sunlight hits the full face of the moon and bounces back to our eyes.
At moonrise, the moon will appear even larger than it will later in the night when it's higher in the sky. This is an illusion that scientists can't fully explain. Some think it has to do with our perception of things on the horizon vs. stuff overhead.
Try this trick, though: Using a pencil eraser or similar object held at arm's length, gauge the size of the moon when it's near the horizon and again later when it's higher up and seems smaller. You'll see that when compared to a fixed object, the moon will be the same size in both cases.
More lunacy
If you have other plans for Saturday night, take heart: You can see all this on each night surrounding the full moon, too, because the moon will be nearly full, rising earlier Friday night and later Sunday night.
Interestingly, because of the mechanics of all this, the moon is never truly 100 percent full. For that to happen, all three objects have to be in a perfect line, and when that rare circumstance occurs, there is a total eclipse of the moon.
A departing fact: The moon is moving away as you read this, by about 1.6 inches (4 centimeters) a year. Eventually this drift will force the moon to take 47 days to circle our world.
Lost so much of weight?
