Menu during Ramadhan
For fasting month (Ramadhan), here's the way to consume your Herbalife:
Sahur: 4:45am - take your herbalife shake 5:30am (before imsak) - take a very light meal and water (preferable tea mix)
Breaking moment (time berbuka) 7:15 - 7.30pm - take normal meal (preferably not too heavy please) + tea mix
8:00 - 10:00pm - Consume tea mix (but not too much) - some people may experience sleeping disorder later, just like me. hehe.. (Note: results may vary according to individual)
10:30pm - (before going off to bed) - take another Herbalife shake.
