Score vs kgs Lost

1) Did not snack in between during dieting. (20%)
2) Only sleep after 4 hours after eating food/meal (20%)
3) Drink plenty of water 2000ml - 3500ml (20%)
4) Follow the instructions provided correctly and use sufficient amount of products. (40%)

If your score is 100% ~~ 2 months can lose 6-10kgs
If your score is 80% ~~~ 3 months can lose 6-10kgs
If your score is 60% ~~~ 4 months can lose 6-10kgs
If your score is <60% ~~ Good Luck..hehe..results is not so encouraging...
