Yes, you can take more than 2 shakes in a day. But remember, 2 shakes is to replace 2 main meals and then, in between if you still very hungry, you can take additional shake. The more shakes you take, the better results you will get.
Talking about calories, no it won't add much of the calories to your body as you only enjoy 1 normal meal and sticking to replacing 2 meals with shakes. So, taking additional shakes will not affect much on your calories intake for the day.
Just remember, more shakes and drink more water = RESULTS! RESULTS!
