Know Body Shape What shape are you Upper, Lower, Proportiona

Shape and weight are related, but they're not the same thing. You have inherited one of the natural body shapes, depending on whether you tend to carry weight in your upper body or lower body or put on weight proportionately.

What Your Shape Means:

Upper

You carry fat in your upper body: face, neck, chest and waist. Includes women and almost all men.

* Upper-body fat is usually caused by diet and lack of exercise.

What is your shape?

You may think you know when you look in the mirror, or you may be too busy trying to cover up unshapely areas to really see yourself as you are. Do you know how much fat you’re carrying, compared to how much muscle? Do you know where you tend to gain weight–upper body, lower body or around the middle? Until you know the answers to these questions, you are not ready to make your personal plan for losing weight and keeping it off. Understanding your body is the first step to reaching your best personal shape. As someone who teaches both doctors and the public about obesity, I believe weight loss has been overemphasized and body shape underemphasized. You have probably read about the Body-Mass Index (BMI), which is a weight-to-height ratio. If your BMI is greater than 25, you are considered overweight in the U.S., and if it is greater than 30 you are obese. This ratio has been a powerful way for scientists to document the obesity epidemic in this country and its effects on health and disease. However, when it comes to you as an individual, it can be misleading. A football player can be considered overweight on the BMI scale, but if the extra weight being carried is muscle, he is not really fat. A thin woman can have a normal BMI, yet still be over-fat. So shape counts.

Shapes are personal and go beyond the usual apple and pear. Women can have three typical body shapes–upper body fat, lower body fat and both upper and lower body fat. Men usually only get upper body fat. The upper body stores fat in times of stress and some people can lose and gain weight rapidly in the upper body. The lower body fat in women responds to female hormones such as estrogen and progesterone and stores fat for breastfeeding a newborn baby. Women who have both upper and lower body fat will lose their upper body fat first. Women with more upper body fat tend to have more muscle than women with lower body fat and will need more protein in their diet to help control their hunger. Losing weight is harder if you have lower body fat rather than upper body fat, but the medical benefits of losing your upper body fat are greater. Losing weight around your neck, face, chest and waist usually goes along with losing fat on the inside as well. So as you look better, you are also improving your health tremendously.

Finally, there are two more body shapes to consider: The shape you can change and the shape you can’t change. It is important to know the difference and work on the shape you can change, while adjusting your wardrobe and attitudes to the shape you cannot change. Due to low metabolism, many women with lower body fat can’t lose weight just by cutting calories. These lower body-fat cells are resistant to both exercise and diet. Only a personalized program can help make sure you get enough protein to control cravings and build or maintain lean muscle.

Side Effects If You Taken Slimming Pills Before!

I personally never take slimming pills before. But one of my friend who taken the pills before told me that, yes, it can help to lose appetite, can help to lose weight very fast. But once stopped taking the pills, your size will be double or triple.

Yes, I got to know this friend of mine, she is plump.. but one time she become a lot slimmer, and when i meet her after few years, her size is doubled.

Process Of Losing Weight With Herbalife Shakes

For the first week to second week, when you just started dieting with Herbalife it is really a challenge to you. This is the time where by your body is trying to adjust to new way of your eating habits and the pattern of food intake and also the amount of water. Basically, it is the starting point for the body to get used and adjust the new healthy way of dieting. Of course, feeling hungry is very normal.. but don't starve your self. For the second month, you will feel that your eating habits is slowly changing. Take for eg, before this you really love fried food or oily food, but now when you taste some food that is too oily or eating fried food, you just don't have the appetite.

Congratulations, if you have reached this stage. This is because for the following month onwards, your dieting with Herbalife is as simple as ABC. You will also noticed that drinking water of 3-4 litres per day isn't a problem anymore.

Drinking Tea Mix right after taking Shake

Please take note: After taking shake, after half an hour, then drink tea mix. If not, all the nutrition will be washed off by the tea mix..

Tea Mix is able to do the internal cleansing..So, please do not drink tea mix right after taking the shake. Only drink tea mix after half an hour.

However, if taking normal meal, yes, you may directly take the tea mix right after that.. cause normal meal usually oily and not healthy..

Can I take more than 2 shakes? Will I get more calories?

Yes, you can take more than 2 shakes in a day. But remember, 2 shakes is to replace 2 main meals and then, in between if you still very hungry, you can take additional shake. The more shakes you take, the better results you will get.

Talking about calories, no it won't add much of the calories to your body as you only enjoy 1 normal meal and sticking to replacing 2 meals with shakes. So, taking additional shakes will not affect much on your calories intake for the day.

Just remember, more shakes and drink more water = RESULTS! RESULTS!

When & How To Take Tea Mix??

* Tea Mix contains a caffeine.. so, for some people they cannot sleep at night if they take the tea mix. So avoid taking tea mix at night.
* Tea Mix can be taken at anytime, and as many times as you want.
* Tea Mix can be made cold or hot
* How much tea mix to put and mix with how much ml of water? Up to personal preference. Do you like it thick or light? If thick, put more tea mix, if prefer light, put less tea mix.
