From Google Adwords there are around 36 search for the month of December using this keyword "herbelife".

Hmm, I am just wondering.. how to pronounce it..her-be-life.
Ya, it sounded the same like "herba - life"

Do and Don't (For Lose Weight Programme)

Do

* Drink at least 2 liter of water per day (1liter tea mix, 1 liter plain water). The more water you take take, the better it is.

* Take additional shakes when hungry, and avoid snacking unhealthy food.

* Avoid sweet drink or soft drinks.

* Exercise

* Replace 2 meals with shake + 1 normal meal.

Don't

* After drink shake, do not eat normal meal. This will make you gain weight. If you feel like wanna eat, eat little bit, and make sure it is after 2 hours after drinking the shake.

* Don't create your own shake recipes like adding MILO, Nescafe, Oats, Milk Powder..etc etc.. For best results add with plain water.

* Do not use hot water to make the shake.

Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. It is an organic compound, composed of 22 amino acids, otherwise known as the building blocks of life.
