Tips on how to drink enough water

Take 2 mouth fulls of water every 10 minutes from 7am to 7pm.

  • Within that period of time, you will have drunk 3 litres of water!

Fill up small bottles with water and count how many bottles you have already drank.

If you drink 1 litre of water a day or less, try to increase it gradually day by day.

Soon it will become a regular habit.
