90% of attempts to lose weight fail


The main reason is because the wrong methods are used. Don’t get trapped and be part of this percentage! Don't reduce your weight by skipping breakfast, lunch or dinner. Consequences: Shrinking of muscle mass and water loss resulting in a drastic drop in your metabolism rate.


Fat still remains in your body Result: Temporary weight loss but all KGs lost will return with additional KGs!


Don't consume slimming pills



  • Consequences: Loss of appetite, nausea, dizziness, if consumed for too long your health may be affected

  • Result: Temporary weight loss, but when you stop taking slimming pills, your appetite will return and you will become fat again.

Don't eat fruits only



  • Consequences: Body will have less energy because of incomplete nutrition. Not enough protein consumed resulting in slowed metabolism.

  • Result: Reduction in lean body mass slowing down the metabolism!
