
The main reason is because the wrong methods are used. Don’t get trapped and be part of this percentage! Don't reduce your weight by skipping breakfast, lunch or dinner. Consequences: Shrinking of muscle mass and water loss resulting in a drastic drop in your metabolism rate.
Fat still remains in your body Result: Temporary weight loss but all KGs lost will return with additional KGs!
Don't consume slimming pills
- Consequences: Loss of appetite, nausea, dizziness, if consumed for too long your health may be affected
- Result: Temporary weight loss, but when you stop taking slimming pills, your appetite will return and you will become fat again.
Don't eat fruits only
- Consequences: Body will have less energy because of incomplete nutrition. Not enough protein consumed resulting in slowed metabolism.
- Result: Reduction in lean body mass slowing down the metabolism!
