For gaining weight
For gaining weight, it is always best to take F1 & F3. Tea Mix is optional. The reason why is because we need F1 and F3 is because...
* nutritions, vitamins and minerals (F1)
* plant protein (F3)
Ways to consume
Breakfast = Normal Breakfast + Shake Lunch = Normal lunch + Shake Dinner = Normal dinner + Shake Supper = If hungry, take Shake
Dosage: 400ml of plain water + 4 scoops F1 + 2 scoops F3 Remember: Plenty of plain water!!! 3-4 liters per day... the more the better!!!
