Do and Don't (For Lose Weight Programme)

This too, credits to Shen :)

Do
* Drink at least 2 liter of water per day (1liter tea mix, 1 liter plain water). The more water you take take, the better it is.
* Take additional shakes when hungry, and avoid snacking unhealthy food.
* Avoid sweet drink or soft drinks.
* Exercise * Replace 2 meals with shake + 1 normal meal.

Don't
* After drink shake, do not eat normal meal. This will make you gain weight. If you feel like wanna eat, eat little bit, and make sure it is after 2 hours after drinking the shake.
* Don't create your own shake recipes like adding MILO, Nescafe, Oats, Milk Powder..etc etc.. For best results add with plain water.
* Do not use hot water to make the shake.

Should I add milk to my shakes?

Credits to my upline, Shen :)

Question: Is it true that drinking milk with the shake will help to break the fats faster than water? I went into severel websites for weight loss including some of herbalife sites that says that milk helps to lose weight abt 50% more compared to those who are not drinking milk. Is that true? If i were to mix low fat milk with shake, are there chances that im actually going to gain weight?

First of all, milk contains animal protein. So, when animal protein are not totally digested and turn to become energy, it will store inside the body and become fats. So, when adding it to your shakes, it is adding more calories and adding more fats too if it is not totally digested.

Avoid dairy products in our daily diet…as much as possible.

Cows milk is made for baby cows, NOT humans. Cows have 4 stomach to digest the very high casein(mucus) content.

Human have a very hard time digesting cow products, which doctors believe being lactose intolerant is a NORMAL phenomenon. No other animal on earth naturally drinks another’s milk. Only humans do.

That is why human get diseases that animals normally do not get such as allergies, asthma, and sinus problems.Dairy products are very mucus forming in human.

Add up all the growth hormones and antibiotics that are given to cows and drinking milk is very unfit for humans to drink. It is amazing to see that people actually take special drugs (lactaid) to TRY and digest dairy products.

Inability to digest another animal’s product is not the food’s problem, but in the person trying to ingest it!The worst thing one can do is to take drugs to digest the diary product.

Instead of taking dairy products, look for soy, rice, almond or oat milks which do NOT have harmful chemicals in them.Milks from grains are much better for the digestive system.

As for the conclusion, I have lost my weight successfully with just mixing plain water to my shakes and in my daily diet..I am avoiding dairy products as much as possible.

However, if you want to try out to milk to see if it helps you to lose weight, yes..you can try it out…
